Residents Fight Back

Retirement village residents in Tasmania are disappointed with the Clarence City Council’s decision to charge Not For Profit villages general rates.  The rate cost, which these pensioners were previously exempt from, will cost an estimated extra weekly charge of $40.00.    It seems the council may have a fight on their hands.
